What is the return policy for your products?

Our shop strives to provide our customers with a worry-free shipping experience. If you received defective items, our return policy will cover you.



1. If you received a defective item, please notify us as soon as possible.


2. Include photos and videos to explain the nature of the defect. If the item is damaged, photos of the inside and outside packaging are required for investigation; otherwise, no cover will be available.


3. If the item is defective or damaged, we guarantee that you will receive a full refund.

How do I place my order?

2. Wait for your confirmation before finalizing your order.


3. Once your order has been confirmed, you must pay within 3 days.


4. Send us a screenshot/picture of your payment proof.
